After the release of an epic debut album (Fantasy Fair), the multi-charted, award-nominated Princess of Afrofusion artist Princess Wonda, is back with a new single “Lala Le” in July 2022.
“Lala Le” is a Yoruba phrase meaning ‘every night’ and the song is a playful melodic Afro-dancehall-inspired singalong.
Princess Wonda has teamed up with an anonymous talented artist also under Dreamer’s Management called ‘Mystr D‘, offering up a fusion of languages from English to Yoruba to Patois.
The song was produced by Mr. Marz, who was also responsible for some of the hits on Princess Wonda’s album such as ‘iSurrender‘ and ‘Bad Girl Original‘.
With this summer jam, you can expect fun, dance, party, and holiday energy. Its lyrics feature the hallmarks of Afrobeats and Dancehall themes such as sexual innuendos, romance, and excitement.
