Victory Wilson is a multi-award winning Broadcast Journalist with Silverbird Television, seasoned Event Compere, Voiceover Artist, and proficient Communications Specialist. DavidConnect Unveils Debut EP “Different Patterns”

Gifted content creator and singer, David Ezebri, professionally known as DavidConnect, is thrilled to announce the release of his highly anticipated debut EP titled “Different Patterns”.

Inspired by his artistic versatility, DavidConnect shares, “I titled the EP ‘Different Patterns’ because I’m someone that can do different kinds of things. Most of my friends call me jack of all trades. I put in work into something to always get a positive result.In addition, each of the tracks focuses on different subject matters like love and others.”

Reflecting on the influence of the Nigerian environment on his music and content creation, DavidConnect emphasizes the importance of being open-minded. “First to be a content creator, you have to be open-minded so that you can get diverse inspiration from every and anything around you. Hence, while creating this EP, I drew inspiration from a lot of people so that it sounds fresh and appealing to anybody without it being pushed into a box. So it’s open-mindedness for me. I would give a shout out to my team, friends, and my manager Omotola Slasha Ayodeji, who has been a support system to me.”

“Different Patterns” consists of four tracks, marking DavidConnect’s inaugural musical project. Eager to receive feedback, he expresses, “As much as I love to make music in a certain type of way, I would want to make music that the audience likes, hence I would be attentive to feedbacks and reactions to this project.”

Regarding the essence of the EP, DavidConnect shares, “The project has a lot of feel-good songs, and some of the tracks have my story in it. The project dropped already, and so far, I like the feedback I am getting, but in all listeners would have a balanced listen as the project is like a cocktail; whatever you want you would get.”

Loveworld Inc, popularly known as Christ Embassy has announced Wednesday 15th to Saturday 18th May 2024 as the date for the much-anticipated 2024 edition of Rhapathon with Pastor Chris.

Director of the LoveWorld Church Growth International and LoveWorld Foundation School, Pastor Lanre Alabi disclosed this on Thursday, April 9, 2024 at a World Press Conference held in Lagos.

Pastor Alabi said the essence of the Rhapathon with Pastor Chris is to have more people to know the divine healing powers of the Rhapsody of Realities, a daily devotional, authored by Pastor Chris Oyakhilome, President of LoveWorld Inc.

“Rhapathon will bring inspiration to billions all over the world, and it aims to showcase the mighty working of God’s power and the potency of the Word of God brought to you through the Rhapsody of Realities.”

According to him, Rhapathon depicts a long program of epics in series on screen, just as Rhapsody of Realities is a long poem in series, which is brought to you daily, showcasing the deeds and adventures of heroic and legendary men and women who in the Bible, achieved extraordinary feats as a direct result of their faith in God and His word.

Earlier in his remark, a member of LoveWorld Inc Central Executive Council, Pastor T.T Temisan said the testimonies on the impact of Rhapsody of Realities are verifiable, provable and real.

“The proof is in the lives that have been impacted globally. These people are real, they exist, they are known by other people in their communities all over the world, and they have testified of the miracle working power of Rhapsody of Realities.”

Speaking on the impacts of the various programs of Pastor Chris, Pastor Temisan affirmed that billions of people across the globe have been affected by Pastor Chris’s television broadcasts such as “Atmosphere For Miracles,” “ReachOut World Live,” “Your Loveworld Specials,” “Global Day of Prayer,” “Healing Streams Live Healing Services,” and the reach of his television ministry extends through the world with the Loveworld Networks Stations, delivering qualitative Christian programming to a global audience.

The Board of Directors of Zenith Bank Plc (the Bank) is
pleased to announce the appointments of Mr. Adamu Saliu Lawani and Mr. Louis Odom as Executive Directors of the Bank. Both appointments are consistent with the Bank’s tradition and succession strategy of grooming leaders from within.

Also, the Board approved the appointment of Ms. Pamela Yough as a Non-Executive Director of the Bank.

PROFILE OF THE DIRECTORS

1. ADAMU SALIU LAWANI
Mr. Adamu Saliu Lawani is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over three decades of cognate banking industry experience. An alumnus of Auchi Polytechnic, Nigeria, he graduated with a Higher National Diploma in Accounting, achieving distinction. He holds an MBA from both the University of Lagos, Nigeria and The Business School in the Netherlands.

Mr. Lawani joined Zenith Bank in 1996 and has experience in operations, credit and marketing.

He has held leadership positions in various groups such as Corporate Banking, Conglomerate, Consumer Credit Department, Export and Trade Finance Department and Agriculture Finance Department, among others. His contributions have significantly enhanced the bank’s growth and profitability.

Committed to continuous professional development, he has participated in Executive Education programmes at
prestigious institutions, including the London Business School, The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, INSEAD Business School, France, and Lagos Business School.

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration, Fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management, Fellow of Chartered Institute of Strategic Management, an Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.

2. MR. LOUIS ODOM
Mr. Louis Odom is a graduate of Accountancy from the Abia State University. and has an MBA from the University of Liverpool, United Kingdom and M. Phil (Management) from Nile, University of Nigeria.

He joined Zenith Bank in January 1997 and has worked ni
River/Bayelsa Zones and currently ni Abuja, FCT, where he serves as the General Manager in charge of the Abuja and Northern Zones and has contributed to the growth and profitability of the Bank. Prior to joining Zenith Bank, he had worked ni Diamond Bank and is wel versed in operations, credit and marketing.

He has attended several Executive Education programmes both within and outside the country, including London Business School, Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and Honorary Senior Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Nigeria.

3. PAMELA MIMI YOUGH
Pamela Yough is a Banker, Financial Consultant and Investment Advisor with over 35 years of experience in the Financial Sector. Her experience covers Corporate and Investment Banking, Treasury, Correspondent Banking, Investor Relations and Wealth Management.
She was the Managing Director/ Chief Executive Officer of Zenith Bank (UK) Limited, a position she held from June 2017 to October 2021.

She joined Zenith Bank Plc in 1999 where she headed various departments in the institution and rose to the level of General Manager and Group Head ni charge of Multilaterals, Conglomerates, Private Banking and Head of Investor Relations.

In May 2022 she was given an Award for Excellence and was recognised by WIF (Women ni Finance Nigeria) for her contributions to the banking Industry. She has also held roles as a Non-Executive Director in some of Zenith Bank subsidiaries including Zenith Registrars and Zenith Realtors.

Prior to joining Zenith Bank Plc, Pamela worked in IMB (International Merchant Bank Nigeria Limited), where she started her banking career and later worked in Citizens International Bank Nigeria Ltd.

She is an Honorary Senior Member (HCIB) of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria and a member of the Institute of Directors (IOD) London. She holds a BSc in Marketing from Pace University New York and an MBA from Long Island University, USA. She is an Alumnus of Oxford University, Stanford University, MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and University of Cambridge, England where she has attended various Leadership and Advanced Management Programs.
