Xander 042 started music professionally few years back and since then, he has dropped hit songs back to back and he consider the likes of Chris brown, 2face, Justin Bieber, Davido, Wizkid as his role model and has also work with several A-list artiste.

Honestly, it has not been an easy road for me, hence the journey started back in my secondary school days precisely jss1. I started my music career in a church choir because that was my addiction and hobby. I grew up with a love for music and today, I make music in my well equipped personal studio, and just before I knew it, friends and family started liking what I was doing, so for me, it’s a game of survival and only the strong survive, more especially when you’re consistent and know what you’re doing. I have been holding on to the struggle and this is where it has gotten me to as you all can see.
As you can see, the Nigerian music industry is fast-growing and taking over globally. I intend to set the pace in putting my name on the map, for my legacy to be seen and be remembered by the next generations.

If there is a need for you to go back to school, you have to, and the reason for this is for you to refine your talent.
“Part of the refinement is to raise your standard, so you become marketable. For instance, for someone who has a talent in singing like me, you need to do voice training, learn how to play at least one musical instrument Then, have a good dress sense, wear your thinking and creative hat to be able to compose fine songs,” Xander 042 said.
He also charged the established practitioners to create space for the growing artistes, and be ready to help and support them, so they too can develop confidence to become great in the industry.
Xander 042 also appealed to the Africans and top players in the industry, especially from the corporate world, to further create means by which the youth can be supported in realizing their dreams, adding that many have been incapacitated by finances, the reason he said some of the youth go into odd jobs, as quick means to make ends meet.
Well my music is refined, very, commercial, Afro highlife classic fusion, and melodious for lovers of good music worldwide. And still talking about my style, I’ll say it’s very abstract from the rest, from the way I think to how I compose and write my lyrics, delivering, attitude, confidence, message, live performance, etc, portrays my uniqueness, which you all my fans should watch out for.
